Don't overload with too many toppings or your pizza might get soggy. You can also pre-cook mushrooms and peppers for 2-3 minutes to remove excess moisture.

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 bell pepper (any color), sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • Fresh spinach leaves (optional)

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Prep all your vegetables: slice mushrooms, peppers, onions, and halve the tomatoes.

Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-14 inch circle on a floured surface.

Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza pan.

Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a border for the crust.

Add half the cheese, then layer on all your vegetables.

Top with the remaining cheese to help hold the veggies in place.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Bake for 15-18 minutes until crust is golden and vegetables are tender.
