Place some pepperoni under the cheese and some on top for different textures! The ones on top will get crispy while the ones underneath stay soft.

- ✓1 pound pizza dough
- ✓1/2 cup pizza sauce
- ✓2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ✓30-40 pepperoni slices
- ✓1 tablespoon olive oil
- ✓1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ✓1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- ✓Red pepper flakes (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-14 inch circle.
Transfer to a greased baking sheet or pizza pan.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Arrange pepperoni slices evenly across the pizza - use as many as you like!
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Brush the crust edges with olive oil.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and pepperoni edges are slightly crispy.
Let cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing.
